Facts to note
Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency is happy to advise you on all aspects of the process, e.g. deciding what your needs are, interview questions etc.
The interview fee of R70.00 covers 1 interview with 2 helpers, any additional potential helper thereof will be charged extra R30. Our interviews take 30 to an hour period.
Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency offers an ongoing mediation and support service to help maintain a positive working relationship within the probation period of 3 months and also review workshops for placed helpers every quarter of the year
Guarantee:  Subject to the full fee paid on or before the due date, Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency offers a full replacement guarantee, for 3 months (90 days) from start of employment. Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency does not offer refunds of the once off fee ( R950.00)
Failure to pay on the due date will render the guarantee void.
If the nanny placed by Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency leaves within a 90 day period (3 months) from start date, we will replace the same position free of charge.
All requests for replacements must be made in writing to Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency within 7 days of the last date of employment or before the ninety days (3 months) from start of employment. The client must specify the date the original nanny placed actually left, or will leave the client’s employment.
The client has a 4 week grace period from the time the replacement request is made in writing, to proceed with the replacement using Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency.
Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency will replace the nanny at the equivalent salary and responsibilities, should the work increase the salary will then need to be increased.
Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency will provide you with all relevant basic contracts and paperwork for your nanny’s employment but the client is free to draft a contract of their choice with her helper.
 If we are in a situation where two potential employers are wanting to hire the same nanny, Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency encourages the nanny to make the final decision. We work on a first come first served basis whereby if a client interviewed a nanny and are happy about her but decide to employ her at a later stage, we don’t guarantee that she will still be available.
Our nanny agency’s mission is to find the best possible match for both employer and nanny, to ensure
a long term, healthy, working relationship.
Terms of agreement: When a client makes an enquiry either online,via sms, or telephonically clear job descriptions must be outline as Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency we endeavors to match candidates to a job specification outlined by a client but the final hiring decision will remain the client’s responsibility.
Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency or its owners will not be held liable for any loss the client may suffer as a result of employing the nanny or as a result of any action or inaction on the part of the candidate.
By using any of our services, a client agrees and accept  terms and conditions when engaging any applicant from Cassandra De Nanny Maids Agency.
